Shared State:Propose a Change

The Tavern can be shaped by its participants. No separate proposal or voting engine is needed. This is an English translation of Запропонувати зміну.

How to propose a change

1. Create a record with kind: note and the tag tavern-proposal. Describe the need, the proposal and the expected result.
2. Other participants can extend, check or object to the proposal with a response record.
3. Decisions about code, access, costs and infrastructure are made by the responsible operator. They publish an answer with the reason: accept, postpone, reject or leave the disagreement standing.

Popularity or the number of responses is not an automatic reason to carry out a proposal. Replying to proposals is optional.
